Refund Policy

How a refund works depends on where you bought. Azerg's iOS apps are sold through Apple's App Store, which handles those refunds directly. Direct purchases on an Azerg product site (such as our forthcoming eSIM products) are handled by us. The rules for each are below.
App Store and Play Store purchases
This covers Overo, AI Upscaler, and Pinotes — including any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Apple and Google process the payments for these apps, which means Azerg cannot issue a refund for them directly. To request a refund:
- iOS / App Store: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund flow.
- Android / Play Store: see Google's refund support article for the current process.
If you'd like us to support your request — for example, by confirming a technical issue — email hello@azerg.co with your purchase details and we'll do what we can.
Direct purchases from an Azerg product site
This covers eSIM data plans purchased through AloHajj or RahaSIM, and any future product Azerg sells directly via Stripe. (Note: azerg.co itself does not sell anything; sales happen on each product's site.)
Before activation
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the eSIM has not been activated. No questions asked.
After activation
Once an eSIM has been activated, it is not refundable. The data has been allocated to your line by the carrier and cannot be returned to inventory. This is the standard eSIM industry policy, and you will see this notice again at checkout before paying.
Faulty service or failed activation
If the eSIM doesn't activate or doesn't deliver the service it should, we will replace the plan or issue a full refund, regardless of timing. Contact us with your order number and a brief description of what went wrong.
How to request a refund
Email hello@azerg.co with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Disputes and chargebacks
We'd prefer to resolve things directly — please contact us first so we can look into it. That said, your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer is preserved at all times.
