Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Azerg Technologies, LLC (“Azerg”, “we”, “our”) handles information on azerg.co — our corporate website — and across our products. Each individual product has its own privacy policy linked from its App Store listing or product website; this page is the umbrella policy for the company.

What azerg.co itself collects

Very little. azerg.co is a marketing site — there are no accounts, no checkout, no app inside it. We collect:

• Anonymised, aggregated page-view analytics
• The contents of emails you send us at hello@azerg.co

No cookies beyond strictly necessary, no third-party ad SDKs, no cross-site tracking on the marketing site.

What our products collect

Each Azerg product collects only what it needs to do its job. A summary — each product has its own full policy on its App Store listing or website:

• Overo — processes audio for transcription and summarisation; stores the resulting notes for your library.
• AI Upscaler — processes images for AI enhancement; original and enhanced images are used to return the result.
• Pinotes — stores YouTube video URLs and the notes you attach to them; we don't scrape video content beyond what YouTube exposes.
• AloHajj and RahaSIM (forthcoming) — collect the traveller details required to provision an eSIM line (typically name, destination, dates, and identifiers the network requires).

Third-party services we use

Across our products we use the following service providers:

• PostHog — product analytics; events that help us understand which features are used.
• Mixpanel — product analytics; feature-usage events.
• Firebase Analytics (Google) — product analytics, crash reports, and performance data.
• Apphud — subscription management and in-app purchase analytics.
• AppsFlyer — mobile attribution; helps us understand how users discover us.

Each product's own privacy policy lists the specific subset of these services it uses, with links to each vendor's policy. Where the platform supports it, you can opt out: iOS App Tracking Transparency covers AppsFlyer, and in-app toggles cover the analytics SDKs.

Payments

• Stripe processes direct web purchases (for example, eSIM checkout and any future Stripe-billed products).
• Apple and Google process App Store and Play Store in-app purchases.

Azerg does not store full card numbers in any case. Payment processors handle that under their own published policies.

Retention

Corporate-site analytics on azerg.co are rolled up after 12 months. Per-product retention is covered by each product's own privacy policy and typically ties to the life of your account in that product.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@azerg.co. We will route the request to the right product team and respond within a reasonable timeframe (and within any window required by law in your jurisdiction).

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a fresh “Effective” date at the top.
